FREE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service, that’s why We provide Free Shipping for all of our products.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We Offer Expedited Shipping by Using Special Shipping Lines that have faster Shipping Times to Almost Every Country and takes around 4-8 days to the Parcel to Be Delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: These Special Lines Could Be Impacted by External Events as well as Standard Shipping so They Could Experience some Delays (ie. Covid-19).

 

SHIPPING TIMES(Approximate):

  • USA, CA, AU, UK ~ 4 to 15 business days (Generally it takes much less)(Fully Tracked Shipping)[Allow 10/15 more business days due to Covid-19]
  • Rest of The World ~ 4 to 21 business days (Tracked Shipping)[Allow 10/15 more business days due to Covid-19]

PLEASE NOTE: Canada Post Shipments are having a HUGE delay due to COVID-19 and could take Up to 50 days. The Delay is due to the reduction of International Flights and due to the lack of Workers in Canada Logistic Companies. 

 

DELIVERY DELAYS:

In very rare instances, parcels may take longer than stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, We haven’t the control over shipping times. In this cases We will work with the Carrier to deliver you the parcel as fast as possible.

 

This may especially happen during the busier holiday seasons at the end of the year, during promotions or other instances.

 

If there will not be tracking updates for more than 45 business days, contact us and We will send you a new parcel.

 

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

This refers to the time it takes for an order to be Verified, quality checked and packed. Orders generally take 2-6 business days to be fully processed. Please note that Processing Time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.

 

After your order has been processed, our shipping Carrier will then pick up the parcel at our Warehouse. An email with tracking informations will be sent to you.

 

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

Once an order is placed, We will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order will be processed.

 

If you would cancel an order you have just made, please get in touch with us at support@tryshekatra.com  as soon as possible.

 

 

UNCLAIMED ORDERS:

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

 

If you notice that you filled the order informations with incorrect or insufficient address informations, please email us back as soon as possible at support@tryshekatra.com indicating your order number and the updated informations.

 

Please note that once We process the order, We will not be able to change the address and We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.

 

 

DAMAGED OR MISMATCHING ORDERS:

If Your Product arrives Damaged Or Mismatches with What You Actually ordered, please contact Us within 3 days from delivery at support@linkedfeeling.com

 

 

REFUND POLICY:

We generally do not offer refunds on products as We state the shipping times for each product, as well as the product description in each product page and it is up to the customer to read this information and eventually be the person who purchases. But, If the product is delivered damaged, You need to send us a clear evidence through photos of your product, packaging, as well as your order number and customer’s informations, so our team can help you with the next steps to do to resolve your dispute.

 

Shipping Rates are not refundable.

 

CUSTOM AND DUTY FEES:

Sometimes customs fees could be charged depending on the destination country of the parcel. Customs fees are responsibility of the customer. Also note that, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some parcels.

 

SEPARATE PARCELS:

In some cases, an order may be split into different parcels for some reasons:

  • Different warehouse location(We have different warehouses all around the world)
  • Weight restrictions for shipping imposed by our Carriers.

 

HANDLING: 

All orders will Be dispatched from Our Warehouse on the same or on the following business days. Shekatra is not responsible In the case a Parcel is not received within our Stated Timeframes as there can Be unexpected delays by Shipping providers.

 

PLEASE NOTE that due to high volume of sales especially during the months of October, November and December, Shipments may be slightly delayed. Our priority is customer’s experience and We strive to make you happy and satisfied with your order.
